1. Enterprise Onboarding Model

Beez DMS is a specialized B2B tool for authorized enterprise users. It is not a public-registration platform. Access is granted exclusively via invitations from Company Administrators or the Product Team at Zealarc.

Whitelisted Login Only:

Unauthorized email addresses or phone numbers cannot register or access any data. Accounts must be pre-provisioned in our secure Firestore registry.

2. Precise Data Collection

We collect only the data necessary for professional distribution workflows:

Account Identifiers

We use Email Addresses and Phone Numbers strictly for authentication and critical business communication between clients and vendors.

Field Intelligence (Location)

The salesman application collects Location Data to enable live route tracking, verify site visits, and ensure delivery accuracy. This data is collected even when the app is closed or not in useduring an active delivery trip and is shared only with your verified company administrator.

Business Media (Photos)

The app utilizes the camera for Payment Evidence (Salesmen) and Product Catalog images (Admins). These files are stored in your secure company cloud storage.

Performance & Diagnostics

To ensure enterprise-grade stability, we collect Crash Logs and Diagnostics. This data is used solely to identify technical bugs and improve app performance.

3. No Third-Party Analytics / Ads

We believe in professional integrity. Beez DMS contains zero advertisements and does not sell, rent, or trade user data with any third-party marketing companies.

4. Internal Ledger (Credit Limits)

Beez DMS includes features to track Internal Credit Limits, Invoices, and Payment Evidence. Please note that these are strictly internal business records:

  • •No External Credit: The app does not provide loans, credit lines, or financial services.
  • •Manual Reconciliation: Payments are recorded manually by salesmen and verified by admins; we do not process live credit card or UPI transactions.

5. Account Deletion Rights

In line with global privacy standards (GDPR/CPRA), any user can request full account deletion. This removes all personal identifiers and unlinks their history from the system.

6. Security & Multi-Tenancy

Beez DMS utilizes a Multi-Tenant Architecture. Data for each company is isolated at the database level.

  • •Data Residency: All data is stored securely on Google Cloud (Firebase).
  • •Access Control: We enforce strict server-side rules so that salesmen can only view data for their assigned company.
